Reach the Right Channel

Use the project desk for multi-building packages and code questions. Local distributors handle stocked pickets, brackets, and cable fittings for smaller residential decks. Share city, AHJ notes, and system preference so we can respond with the right cut-list template.

When budgets push against sustainability documentation, we still provide recycled content percentage sheets for metal components rather than overstating LEED outcomes. Coastal aluminum selections should note UV stability and maintenance for salt film. Public stair projects should call out impact resistance and graspable handrail needs up front so we do not quote a residential picket package by mistake. Service life expectancy assumptions assume periodic cleaning; we will not claim maintenance-free rails.

For multi-family campuses, tell us how many balcony repeats share a finish lot and whether corridor stairs ship in the same phase. For hospitality terraces, note furniture loads near cable posts and any wind load rating already stamped by the structural engineer. Residential remodelers should include post substrate photos when wood posts are weathered, because bracket hardware may need longer lags or sistered framing before FE26 or AL13 rails go up. If you are comparing iron-look pickets against open cable views, say which trade-off your HOA or design board already rejected—we will not re-pitch a system that failed review last month.

Include railing system, approximate linear footage, post substrate (wood or concrete), finish preference, and any wind load rating or stair geometry notes. The form below is the same inquiry contract used sitewide, presented here inside a full contact page—not a compact modal.
